Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 21.03.2021 in accordance with law by giving opportunities and due notices to all the persons concerned by fixing time limit by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 21.03.2021 in accordance with law by giving opportunities and due notices to all the persons concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
