ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner vide judgement made in S.T.C.No.426 of 2018 dated 26.10.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrial Level) Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District.

2. This Court, vide order dated 17.04.2025 granted suspension of sentence, subject to condition that the petitioner has to deposit 50% of the compensation amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.426 of 2018 before the Court below and posted the matter on 29.04.2025 ie., today

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it stated that the said order of this Court has not been complied with by the petitioner herein.

4. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

5. The concerned jurisdictional Police is directed to take steps to secure the petitioner to serve the sentence imposed by the Court below.

6. List the Criminal Revision Petition during the first week of June 2025, for disposal.
