..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.553/4 measuring and extent of 0.63 acre, S.No.555/1 measuring an extent of 0.20 acre, Old S.No.211/3 (New S.No.515/1) measuring an extent of 0.45 acre and S.No.191 measuring an extent of 0.15 acre, situate in Devanur Nadu Village, Kollimalai Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on the online application, dated 11.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 11.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law.
(c) the respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
