By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that her father late S.Antony, who was working as a Night Watchman in the second respondent Co-operative Bank, died on 21.11.2011. The petitioner further submitted that her mother is an uneducated and she successfully completed B.Ed. Degree and therefore, she made a representation dated 23.01.2014 to the first respondent for compassionate appointment. Since it was not considered by the first respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Parthiban, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copy of the relevant records, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents, on receipt of the same, are directed to consider the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks therefrom and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
