ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed directing the respondent herein to produce the body of the petitioner's mother / detenue Gnana Joy, W/o. A.S.Joseph, aged 88 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the 3 rd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue is now under the care and custody of the petitioner, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
