CRIME NO.52 OF 2021 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6119 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6844 of 2021 on 09.06.2021 that the petitioners should report before the respondent police all Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MUTHUKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 09.06.2021 in Crl.MP.No.6119 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.6844 of 2021 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioners. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 09.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
