JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed in the year 2003 against the judgment of acquittal. So far, service to the respondents/accused was not completed. Mr.Murugamanickam, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of the appellant has already filed a memo for withdrawing his appearance. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, no purpose will be served in keeping this appeal pending for more than 12 years.
