ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2015 in CSR No.1107 of 2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent police is directed to register the case as per the complaint dated 23.07.2015 preferred by the petitioner in CSR No.1107 of 2015, if any cognizable offence is made out, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
