This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members, based on her complaints dated 07.12.2018 and 11.12.2018 in CSR.No.1143 of 2018.
2. It is seen from records that the petitioner is the owner of the property to an extent of 2400 sq.ft by virtue of settlement deed dated 13.07.1990 and patta also stands in her name. When she attempted to put up a construction, some unknown persons prevented and threatened the petitioner from putting up a construction in their property. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint before the respondent police as against the accused persons and sought protection to their life and property. Immediately, thereafter the petitioner's brother also gave complaint dated 11.12.2018 and the respondent Police have issued C.S.R.No.1143 of 2018. Since no orders have been passed, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Heard both sides.
4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaints lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner on 07.12.2018 and 11.12.2018 pending in C.S.R.No.1143 of 2018, after giving opportunity of hearing to the counter part and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
