O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.809 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent police have filed counter, wherein, in paragraph No.8, it is stated as follows:

"8. It is submitted that after completion of thorough and detailed investigation, based on the statements of the witnesses and legal opinion of the Assistant Director of Prosecution, Alandur, Chennai-16, I have laid two charge sheets against the accused [A1 & A2] and A-3 in E-5, Cholavaram Police Station Crime No.809 of 2013 under Sections 3 of TNPPDL Act & 506[i] IPC and the same was altered into 3 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

TNPPDL Act, 452, 506[ii] r/w 34 IPC on 09.10.2015. The charge sheet of A1 & A2 was submitted before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ponneri on 09.10.2015 and the charge sheet of A-3 was submitted before Juvenile Court, Thiruvallur on 09.10.2015 and the same are yet to be taken on file."
