ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A9, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 420 r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.219 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 27.04.2022 recording non-cooperation of the petitioner herein to the investigation, inspite of issuance of Summon under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. It is the matter involving alleged fraud of Rs.1,31,65,000/-.

3.Since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
