This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.10231 of in S.A.SR.No.107466 of 2018 dated 07.02.2023 and restore the same.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras", within a week from today.

3. Post the matter on 22.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
