O R D E R

Pursuant to order dated 28.08.2020, both learned counsels, Mr.K.Premkumar for the petitioner and Mrs.G.Dhanamadhri, learned Government Advocate for revenue would confirm that the petitioner's revision petitions bearing No.81 of 2017 was heard over video conference on 21.09.2020 and orders dated 26.09.2020 passed remanding the matter to the file of the Joint Commissioner for de novo disposal. The mandamus sought for, directing the first respondent to decide R.P.No.81 of 2017, thus stands achieved.

2. With this, nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. Liberty is also available to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if he so desires. No costs.
