Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9076 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MUNUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E. RAJTHILAK Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9076 of 2021 on 13.05.2021.

2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu, (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till charge sheet is filed and thereafter, the petitioners also directed to report before the Committal Court and Trial Court on the hearing dates without fail -sd/- 08/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
