Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the entire records on respect of FIR No.434 dated 16.06.2016 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, Virudhachalam Police Station, Cuddalore District and quash the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.434 of 2016 on the file of the respondentPolice.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. On the complaint lodged by one Thillairajan, the respondent-Police have registered a case in Crime No.434 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 143, 342, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC against seven persons, challenging which, Vijayalakshmi, the second accused is before this Court for quashing the FIR.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner's brother Thillairajan has foisted a case against the petitioner and that, it is a false case.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed in Crime No.434 of 2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and closed as a mistake of fact, and RCS Notice has been served on the second respondent.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
