ORDER

The petitioner seeks consideration of a representation dated 02.02.2022 in relation to the electricity consumption charges demanded by the respondents. The petitioner states that the power consumption during the relevant period was negligible, whereas, on account of a faulty meter, consumption charges were levied, by computing average consumption.

2. Mr.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondents and states that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.

Accordingly, without entering any finding on the merits of the matter, W.P.No.12766 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2022 and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
