ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to revoke the Look Out Notice dated 10.03.2025 as against the petitioner's Passport no.P6310707, issued by the first respondent.

2.On a complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, the third respondent registered an FIR in crime no.12 of 2024, as against the petitioner for the offence under Section 85 of the BNS Act.

3.The petitioner is the husband of the 4th respondent. Now the investigation is still pending on the file of the third respondent. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2/5

petitioner is an Engineer and working in Singapore. If the petitioner failed to report before his employer, he will put to serious hardship and loose his employment.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 would submit that the entire investigation is about to complete in crime no.12 of 2024.

6.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in crime no.12 of 2024 and file a final report within a period of four(4) weeks from today.

7.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03-04-2025 dn 3/5
