ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to expedite the hearing of O.S.No.373 of 2010 pending on its file. 1/3

2. The notes of proceedings would indicate that the matter has been kept pending since 2023, as the amendment has not been carried out.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for this revision being allowed.

4. Accordingly, the above Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur is directed to dispose of the interlocutory application within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Meanwhile, the 1st respondent / plaintiff shall file an amended copy of the plaint before the trial Court. No costs.
