ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one Ramachandran, father-in-law of the petitioner herein, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
