O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.04.2022.

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, certain errors crept in in respect of the entries made in the Death Certificate.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not approached the correct authority, i.e., municipal authority, for the purpose of rectification of errors. In the event of the petitioner approaching the correct authorities, they would be in a position to consider the case of the petitioner. 4.Thus, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities of the Municipality, Tindivanam, for the purpose of redressal of her grievances. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
