ORDER
The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), BNS r/w 61(2)(b), 66C, 66D of Information Technology Act 2008 , in connection with the case in Crime No. 356 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The Petitioner has not satisfied this Court as to why he approached this Court instead of approaching the jurisdictional Court except for stating that he is a resident of Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. It is open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court in the manner known to law.
3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
