2.Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing at 04.30pm, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

3. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
