ORDER

The petitioner who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1151 of 2012 filed this petition on the premise that the order dated 08.11.2013 in Crl.O.P.No.28836 of 2013 has not been complied. The relevant portion of the order of this Court reads is as follows:

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, the case has been registered in Crime No.1151of 2012 on 24.10.2012 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Considering

the nature of the relief sought for herein, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

2.Mr.Subburathinam, the Inspector of Police, Palladam Police Station, Tiruppur District is present along with CD. He submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed as early as on 15.12.2017 and charge sheet came to be filed on 15.12.2017. The same has been taken on file in C.C.No.127 of 2018 dated 26.03.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam for the offence under Section 417, 420, 294(3), 506(1) and 82(2) of Registration Act, 1905. The copies have been given, charges have been framed, the case is now posted for examination of LW1 on 25.12.2019. LW1 is none other than the petitioner herein. 3.Recording the above said submissions, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication, accordingly, the same stands closed.
