COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions are filed for non-compliance with the common orders dated 27.10.2022 in W.P.Nos.13854 & 13855 of 2015.

2. When these Contempt Petitions were taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to liberty granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by order dated 01.07.2024 in W.A.Nos.71 & 75 of 2023, Review Applications have been filed vide Review Appl.Nos.33 & 34 of 2023 and the said applications are pending consideration before this Court.

3. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court further directed that the contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded with, till the Review Applications are adjudicated upon by this Court. In view of the above, this Court cannot proceed with the present Contempt Petitions. 3/5
