ORDER

These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 29.08.2016 made in Cr.M.P.Nos.1210, 1208 and 1211 of 2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, cancelling the bail granted by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Puducherry, in his order dated 03.08.2016 in Cr.M.P.Nos.2307, 2269 and 2308 of 2016 in Crime No.136/2016 pending investigation on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the accused have been arrested and remanded to custody. In view of the above, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to file bail application in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
