The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that after examining 10 witnesses, the Investigating Officer has found that the complaint is a mistake of facts and therefore, filed Referred Charge Sheet in RCS.No.44 of 2021 before the concerned Magistrate.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondent police had not informed about filing of RCS. 4.
If it is so, the respondent police is directed to serve notice to the complainant about Referred Charge Sheet for him to work out his remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
