This Court by order dated 23.07.2019 directed the Execution Court to identify the tenant premises with the assistance of Village Administrative Officer and to take delivery of possession. A further direction was given to the revision petitioner / tenants to co-operate in the execution process. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the bailiff had gone to the petitioner premises for executing the decree and taken delivery of possession dated 29.04.2019 itself and he has submitted a report on 30.04.2019 having taken possession and delivery to the decree holder. The fact was not brought to the notice of this Court on the date of passing the order.
