Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 14.12.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.3160 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur as far as directing the petitioner to handover the original Registration Certificate of the car namely TN 28 AP 5566 Skoda Rapid Car and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur to return the said original Registration Certificate to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 14.12.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.3160 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur as far as directing the petitioner to handover the original Registration Certificate of the car namely TN 28 AP 5566 Skoda Rapid Car and consequently to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur to return the said original Registration Certificate to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur is modified to the effect that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall handover a copy of the Registration Certificate instead of the Original Registration Certificate of the car.
