CRIME NO.521 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed in the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.6786/2021 dated 8.4.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6786 of 2021 on 08.04.

2021 directing the 1st petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and insofar as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, being lady, shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.No.6786 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021.
