O.A.No.331 of 2023 O.A.No.331 of 2023 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that entire amount has been settled. The learned counsel also filed an affidavit to that effect and further produced original settlement agreement, dated 16.05.2023 (a copy of which is also filed in support of this application) before this Court for proof and reference and stated that, by virtue of the said agreement, the parties have amicably settled the dispute amongst themselves and arrived at a compromise. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to take the said agreement on record and dispose of the application based on the same.

2. Learned counsel for R-1, R-2, R-3, R-6 and R7 respectively also submitted that the matter has been settled.

3. In view of the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the settlement agreement, both dated 16.05.2023, whereby, settlement has been arrived at between the parties out of Court, the present Original Application stands disposed of. The Settlement agreement shall form part of the decree.
