Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition, appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7955/2021, order dated 28.04.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7955 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.190 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
