Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to cancel the selection process for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) conducted during the year 2012 and consequently conduct the selection process afresh for direct recruitment of candidates for appointment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) by a committee by including one representative from the SC/ST Community complying G.O.(Ms) No.163 Department of SC/ST Welfare in the Selection Committee and consider the petitioner's case afresh for selection to the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) in the respondent Corporation.
