ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for revision petitioners appeared and filed a memo.

2. Memo filed by the revision petitioners is recorded. As per the terms of memo, the revision petitioners are inclined to seek permission to file additional written statement, but they are contesting the order passed by the first appellate judge in respect of receiving additional documents. The fact reveals that pending appeal in A.S.No. 15 of 2020, the appellants filed an application to receive additional documents. According to the respondents, the documents ought to have been produced at the earlier point of time, now at the appeal stage, it cannot be entertained. Hence, they raised objections.

3. On perusal of records, as on date, the application with respect to the prayer to accept the additional documents is pending along with the appeal in A.S.No.15 of 2020. The first appellate court is directed to hear and dispose of the application filed in I.A.No.12 of 2025 in A.S.No. 15 of 2020 on merit as early as possible. Memo is recorded only with regard to rejection of receiving additional documents. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 27-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RPP To The Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri.
