CRIME NO.12 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6856 of 2021 on 09-04-2021 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass suitable orders in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PERARASU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6856 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 309 @ 306 of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered.
