(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing on 16.04.2019 there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of him.

2.On a perusal of the order dated 16.04.2019, it appears that the order passed by this Court dated 10.10.2017 in W.P.No.26405 of 2017 has been fully complied with and Status Report dated 28.03.2019 signed by the Senior as well as Assistant Planner of CMDA has also been produced.
