(CR.NO.390/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required instead of report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until filing of final report and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINODHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 12.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8471 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the third and fourth petitioners alone is modified to the effect that the third and fourth petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
