JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by A.SELVAM, J) This writ appeal has been directed against the order dated 28-09-2011 passed in W.P.No.4517 of 2002 by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

The first respondent herein as petitioner has filed W.P.No.4517 of 2002 on the file of this Court wherein the present appellant and second respondent have been shown as respondents.

After considering the contentions put forth on either side, the learned Single Judge has allowed W.P.No.4517 of 2002 and thereby, set aside the award dated 27-11-2001 passed by Central Government Industrial Tribunal. Against the order passed in W.P.No.4517 of 2002, the present writ appeal has been filed at the instance of the second respondent, as appellant. 4.
During the pendency of the same, both parties have entered into a settlement of compromise under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 dated 30-03-2016 and to that effect, the settlement arrived at between the parties has been filed.

The learned counsel appearing for both sides have represented that the writ appeal can be disposed of on the basis of terms of settlement.

Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances the writ appeal is disposed of on the basis of terms of settlement.
