A Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 31.08.2023 has been filed by both the parties. The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been signed by the petitioner as well as the first respondent, who are the parties to the dispute and has also been counter signed by the respective counsels.

2.In terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 31.08.2023, this petition is disposed of. The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order.
