(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer in this writ petition is for direction to the second respondent Bank to return the entire original documents belonging to the petitioner in respect of Crop Loan Account No.766555203 which was pledged by the petitioner at the time of sanctioning the loan.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent Bank has filed a Memo, which shows that all the original documents have been handed over to the petitioner on 27.9.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the Memo, nothing survives in this writ petition and it is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
