ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.137 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, C.C.B-I, Chennai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the CCB, CBCID, Egmore on 07.04.2023.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.137 of 2021.
