The petitioner herein alleging that the police is harassing on the guise of investigating a complaint which was already investigated and closed in the year 2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the police states that on-line complaint received alleging job rocketing and cheating to the tune of Rs.19,00,000/-. The petitioner is expected to co-operate with the investigation. Since the complaint is pending against this petitioner, it is suffice to direct the respondent police to summon the petitioner herein as per law and investigate by following the guidelines laid by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. There shall not be any violation of human rights under the guise of investigation.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
