ORDER

In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 03.02.2025, today, the learned Government (Crl.Side) produced the report submitted by the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Erode along with the death certificate issued by the Erode Corporation, confirming the death of R.Shanmugam on 21.09.2023 . Additionally a certificate from the Village Administrative Officer confirms that Shanmugam S/o.Rangasamy died on 21.09.2023. The police conducted an enquiry to ascertain the whereabouts of Shanmugam and submitted a report accordingly. 2.

Thus, it is seen that the son of Ramasamy passed away on 21.09.2023. In view of the above facts, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
