Since the matter is pending before the learned Master for recording evidence from 25.11.2021 to 11.04.2022 and despite sufficient opportunity was granted, the petitioners did not appear or produced any witness for examination. Therefore, the matter was posted before this Court for further orders.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
