ORDER

These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 29.08.2016 made in Cr.M.P.Nos.1206 and 1207 of 2016 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry and allow these revision petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody now and they have also filed bail application.

Recording the same, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to prosecute their bail applications in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
