This application has been filed to pass an Order of appointment of an independent Auditor to go into the details of the accounts relating to payments being effected by the Garnishee/2nd respondent Viz M/s.Ind Barath Thermal Power Ltd.

2. With the consent of Mrs.Chitra Sampath, learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff, Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel for the defendant this application is closed with liberty to the applicants to revive the application, if necessary, at a later point of time.
