ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 30.03.2015 made by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both Crl.OP and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the both Crl.OP.

3. The respondent police had filed a counter, wherein, in Para - 9, it is stated as follows;

" It is submitted that except survey Nos.489 to 514 of Morai Village dispute between Amaravathy Cranes and Structurals Pvt Ltd and Rajendra Raja no other matter is under investigation by CB CID. The petitioners are preferring complaint pertaining to different issue in survey No.486/3A1A.

Hence, they were already informed to prefer complaint before the jurisdictional police station."

It is also seen that an FIR has been registered against the petitioners herein in respect of the land in question. Hence, second FIR cannot be registered on the same subject matter.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
