O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.1237 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves.

3. In order to identify, the petitioners and the de-facto complainant have submitted the photo copy of their Identity Cards viz., 1.K.Baktavachalam - 520975669500 (Aadhar Card), 2.D.Prabavathy - 296510618247(Aadhar Card) and 3. K.Raju - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

02/G/0196441 (Family Card) and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. A joint memo of the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant dated 13.03.2018 to the effect that the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No.1237 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police (Crime), R-3, Ashok Nagar Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions is closed.

6. The joint memo filed by the petitioners and the respondent/de-facto complainant dated 13.03.2018 shall form part of the order.
