When the case was taken up for consideration on 15.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., on 28.02.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Today, when the petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready and sought time to contest the matter.
