Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection and prevent the employees and their family members from holding Dharnas, stay-in-strike inside the factory premises of the petitioner and ensure movement of workmen, staff and officers and ingress and egress of vehicles carrying finished goods and raw materials at the factory premises of the petitioner at TTN Complex, No.12, K.P.Natham Road, Thiruvandar Koil, Puducherry 605 102.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for an issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection and prevent the employees and their family members from holding Dharnas, stay-in-strike inside the factory premises of the petitioner and ensure movement of workmen, staff and officers and ingress and egress of vehicles carrying finished goods and raw materials at the factory premises of the petitioner at TTN Complex, No.12, K.P.Natham Road, Thiruvandar Koil, Puducherry 605 102.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court dated 16.04.2019, the workers have resumed their work in the petitioner company. The learned counsel submitted that since the workmen have resumed the work and there is no dispute as on today, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. The leaned counsel further submitted that the petitioner hopes that the workmen will continue to perform their work without again resorting to any agitation/violence.
3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
