ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is stated that the petitioner is no more, the employer viz. Port Trust/first respondent has also sanctioned all the retirement benefits. The State Level Scrutiny Committee has also closed the proceedings as abated.
2. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed as having become infructuous. Since the certificate verification of the individual could not be taken to its logical conclusion, we make it clear that if the heirs of the petitioner want to avail the benefit of communal reservation they will have to 2/4
establish that they belong to Kurumans, a Schedule Tribe Community independent of the Certificate issued to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
